How to upload an order
Step 1: Register as a website user
1. Click the Register button on the home page to enter the user registration page.
2. Fill in the basic information, including e-mail, password, etc., and then click Submit.
3. After successful registration, login to your account.
Step 2: Contact customer service to recharge
1. After logging in, please contact customer service to top up your account.
2. Contacting customer service can be done via live chat or the contact form on the website.
3. Customer service will arrange for you to top up your account to ensure that your account balance is sufficient for subsequent orders to be debited.
Step 3: Upload Order
1. Return to the Order Upload page and select either the Individual Order Upload or Bulk Order Upload module.
2. Fill in order information (e.g., customer customization requirements, shipping address, etc.).
3. After confirming that the information is correct, click the Upload Order button to submit the order.
Step 4: Add to cart
1. After uploading the order, the system will automatically add the order to your shopping cart.
2. You can go to the shopping cart page and check if the order information is correct.
3. After confirming that there are no errors, proceed to the checkout operation.
Step 5: Checkout (via pre-charge deduction)
1. Click the Checkout button on the Shopping Cart page.
2. The system will use your account balance to make a pre-charge deduction.
3. After confirming that the cost of the order is correct, click Confirm Payment to complete the checkout.
Step 6: Order Production
1. Once the checkout is complete, we will begin to create the order.
2. You can view the status of your orders on the Order History screen.
3. We will contact you if there are any problems during production.
Step 7: Complete the shipment
1. After the production is completed, we will arrange shipment for the order.
2. You can check the logistics information and shipping status on the order details page.
3. After the order is shipped, you will be notified that the order upload process is now complete.
