1.2. You confirm that the Material you upload does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy or any other legitimate interests. If the Material involves the likeness, name or other private content of another person, you need to ensure that you obtain the authorization of all relevant rights holders.

1.3. The Website does not own the copyright or ownership of any material uploaded by users, and you hereby expressly authorize the Website to use your uploaded material within the scope of custom painting production.

2. Assumption of responsibility for violations

4.1. This website is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from the design, production or use of customized works.

4.2. If there are any problems in the production or use of the customized artwork due to the material you uploaded (e.g. differences in the finished product due to poor picture quality, clarity or color deviation, etc.), the Website shall not be responsible for any liability or loss arising from such problems.
